This recipe is wonderful - and EASY - made with cucumber juice pulp.
Original Recipe: Tzatziki Sauce
Tzatziki made with Cucumber Juice Pulp
Makes 2 cups
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup cucumber juice pulp
- 1 cup whole milk Greek Yogurt
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove grated on a microplane
- 1/4 t himalayan pink salt
- 1 T. chopped fresh dill
- 1 T. chopped fresh mint
- 1 t. EVOO
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix everything together and chill.
