My recipes are designed and written for experienced cooks. If you're a novice, you'll prefer the links on the main recipe index. The recipes on this page I have either personally made (hacked) or developed myself.
My recipes don't have lots of photos. They're formatted so that you can easily copy/paste them into an email or word document which you can store online, or print in one or two pages. I prefer to cook from hard copy pages that I can make notes on.
